01 — What this policy covers

What this policy covers

RG App Studio is the trading name of Manan Bohra, sole proprietor, India. This page is the studio's Refund & Cancellation Policy. It applies to every paid purchase in an RG App Studio app — today, that means Culmo Pro inside Culmo — Gym Workout Tracker (Google Play package com.mananbohra.culmo, category Health & Fitness, Android) — listed on Google Play at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mananbohra.culmo.

This same policy also forms section 05 of our Terms of Use; it stands on its own page here so it is easy to find and easy to link to. Where it mentions what data we do or do not hold, the detail is in our Privacy Policy.

All purchases are processed by Google Play, using RevenueCat as billing infrastructure. RG App Studio never sees, handles or stores your card, UPI or other payment details. That single fact shapes everything below: cancellations happen in Google Play, and refunds are issued through Google Play rather than paid out by us.

02 — What things cost

What things cost

Culmo is free to download and free to use as a complete workout logger, permanently. Culmo Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks the Adaptive Coach, Programs and the Program Generator, Smart Coach insights, deep analytics, RPE autoregulation, and smart warm-ups.

Culmo — the loggerFreeforever
Culmo Pro — monthly$1.49/ month
Culmo Pro — yearly$14.99/ year
Culmo Pro — lifetime$25.99one-time

Prices above are shown in US dollars and are set in Google Play, so you are charged in your own local currency at the price Google Play lists for your country, including any taxes it applies. Google Play shows you the exact amount before you confirm — that amount, not the figure above, is what you pay.

There is no free trial. You buy Culmo Pro directly, so you are never charged at the end of a trial you forgot to cancel. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel; the lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and never renews.

03 — Delivery

Delivery

Culmo is a digital product delivered entirely through Google Play. Nothing is shipped physically, there is no delivery address, and there is no delivery or shipping charge — so a shipping policy does not apply to anything we sell.

Pro features unlock on your device as soon as Google Play confirms the purchase, usually within seconds. If a purchase went through but Pro has not unlocked, open Culmo's settings and use Restore purchases. If that does not fix it, email us and we will help — and if we cannot fix it, that is exactly the kind of case we refund.

04 — Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Culmo Pro subscription at any time, and you cancel it in Google Play rather than inside the app — because Google Play, not us, holds the subscription.

On your Android phone

  1. Open the Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Culmo, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the instructions.

On a computer

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  2. Click Manage next to Culmo, then Cancel subscription.
  3. Select a reason and click Continue.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access straight away: Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel on day 3 of a monthly plan, you keep Pro until day 30; if you cancel six months into a yearly plan, you keep Pro until that year ends.

We charge no cancellation fee of any kind, and cancelling is a normal, expected thing to do — there is no retention maze, no "are you sure" gauntlet, and nothing you have to email us to unlock. The current period is not automatically refunded pro rata when you cancel; if you think it should be refunded, see Refunds below and just ask us.

The one-time lifetime purchase is not a subscription. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

When Pro ends, Culmo returns to being the free logger. Your workout history is not deleted — it is on your device and stays there, and you can still log, view and export it.

If you paid through UPI AutoPay, a cancelled subscription may keep showing as active in your payments centre until the current billing period ends. That is Google Play's display behaviour, not a second charge.

05 — Refunds

Refunds

Because every purchase is processed by Google Play, refunds are requested and issued through Google Play — the money is returned to you by Google Play rather than paid out by us. What we decide, once Google's own window has passed, is whether the refund happens.

The short version

  • Within 48 hours of any purchase — subscription or lifetime — you can request a refund yourself in Google Play, without involving us.
  • After 48 hours, Google directs refund requests to the developer. That is us. Email manangamestudio@gmail.com and we will review it.
  • No cancellation fee, ever, and cancelling a subscription is always free and instant.
  • We would rather refund you than keep money you feel you did not get value from.

Within 48 hours: request it yourself

Google Play's own refund window is 48 hours from purchase, and it covers subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase alike:

  1. Go to play.google.com and click your profile picture.
  2. Click Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
  3. Find the Culmo order and click Report a problem.
  4. Select the option that describes your situation, complete the form and note that you would like a refund, then click Submit.

You do not need our permission for this, and you do not need to tell us first.

After 48 hours: write to us

After 48 hours Google Play routes refund requests to the developer, so the decision comes to us. Email manangamestudio@gmail.com with your Google Play order number and a line about what went wrong. We usually reply within two business days, and we will issue a refund through Google Play wherever the request is reasonable — for example:

  • a purchase you did not intend to make, or one made on your account by someone else in your household;
  • a duplicate charge, or being charged twice for the same thing;
  • a renewal you did not realise was coming;
  • a Pro feature that does not work on your device and that we cannot fix for you.

Renewals already taken for periods you actually used are not refunded automatically. But ask us anyway if something went wrong. We are one person and we read the emails; we would rather refund you than keep money you feel you did not get value from.

06 — How long a refund takes

How long a refund takes

We usually review a refund request within two business days of receiving it. Once a refund is approved, Google Play returns the money to your original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else. Typical times, which depend on your bank rather than on us:

Google Play balance~1 business day
UPI1–3 business days
Credit & debit cards3–5 business days

Card refunds occasionally take up to about ten business days, depending on your issuer. If a refund we have approved has not reached you well past these windows, email us with the order number and we will chase it.

07 — What we can and cannot promise

What we can and cannot promise

We would rather be straight about the limits than write a policy that quietly over-promises.

  • The decision on a post-48-hour request is ours, and we make it — we do not bounce you back to Google.
  • The money is returned by Google Play, not paid out by us, so we cannot control how quickly it reaches your bank.
  • Google limits repeat refunds of the same product, so a product refunded once may not be refundable again.
  • A refund ends the access it paid for. A refunded lifetime unlock stops being a lifetime unlock.
  • Your workout history is untouched either way. It lives on your device and is never held hostage to a billing decision.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.

08 — Contact & grievances
